Jambolana Safari Camp, Dudhwa

Jambolana Safari Camp, Dudhwa

Situated on the periphery of Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, along the river Suheli, overlooking the vast expanse of the Madrahia Grassland lies Jambolana; a tented safari camp. Nestled amongst a cluster of wild jamun trees (Eugenia Jambolana), from which the campsite derives its name, and spread over 25 acres, it is an ideal way to appreciate the complete jungle experience and get up close with what nature has to offer.

Jambolana was conceived with the aim of providing the "African Safari/Bush camp" feel in India, to enable all wildlife enthusiasts and like-minded travellers' to view wild game; especially endangered species like the Royal Bengal Tiger and the One-Horned Rhinoceros, in their natural surroundings.

What makes Jambolana unique is that the adjoining Tiger Reserve is the only forest in India barring the North-Eastern region where the Tiger, Elephant, Crocodile and One-Horned Asian Rhinoceros can be found sharing their habitat.
