Bonhabi is an exotic tourist destination amidst all scenic beauty of nature. Located at Bagarijuri, 1 No. Kohora Gaon Kaziranga, just one minute away from the main gate of Kaziranga National Park.The resort is a prefect blend of tradition & modernity. It is colorful yet traditional with 8 cottages which are large airy & very modern in their layout.Maginficent views of tropical rainforest bordered with paddy fields are the norm for every cottage.
The counter point of traditional furniture is pleasing & the standard spongy beds look inviting.The most important extension of each cottage is its Bathroom with all modern facilities. The cottages are synonymous with luxury & equipped with a large & majestic lobby adorned with ethnic yet modern furniture to bring in a gorgeous splendid look & a multi cuisine restaurant specailising in ethnic foods.We also take pride in regular arrangement of glimpses of the diverse culture of the region through folk art forms. We have ample arrangement for Elephant & Jeep safari inside the Kaziranga National Park where the rat race is far away from your mind.
Accommodation :
We offer 14 spacious, twin bedded cottages Which are large, airy and very modern in their layout. Magnificent views of tropical rain forest bordered with paddy fields are the norms for every cottage with attached bath and running hot and cold showers.

The Courtyard :
Is an open large area in the centre of the Lodge surrounded by different kind of Trees with chirping birds- a great place to spend the winter days and evenings. Topical talks in the evening around campfire over a drink provides refreshing experience. Also it provides ideal set up for out star gazing in the evening. In the courtyard there is a special seating area shaded with bamboo and thatched roof for those who want to relax and read a book.
Restaurant :
A large Restaurant serves as dinning area with 30 seats capacity which provides multi cuisine dishes and specialized ethnic food. A majestic lobby is adorned with ethnic yet modern furniture to bring in a gorgeous splendid look.
Sports and TV :
The lodge is equipped with sport facilities of Volleyball and Badminton and indoor games such as Chess. There is TV and Video and a library of Wildlife films or to play your own video shot in the Jungle and have some interesting fun by sharing with others. All this are available on request.

How to Reach :
By Air: The nearest airport is situated at Guwahati, which is 217 kms. away from the park. The other airport is located at Jorhat, 97 kms. from Kaziranga.
By Train: The nearest railhead is Furkating, situated 75 kms. away from Kaziranga National Park.
By Road: The main gate for Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary, at Kohora on the National Highway No. 37, consists of a handful of cafes and a small local market. ASTC and private buses stop here on their way to and from Guwahati, Tezpur and Upper Assam.
Best Time to Visit:
November to May is the best time for visit in Kaziranga national park.
